You can use Knowledge base FAQs, uploaded files (PDF, TXT, CSV, MD, DOCX), website sources, products, and Google Sheets. For live data and tools, connect MCP servers via Integrations.
BoundBot supports WebChat, WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, and Slack and Discord. Availability depends on your plan; see Plans and limits.

Pricing

Yes. Use Upgrade in the dashboard or see Upgrading your plan. Changes apply to the current team; billing is team-scoped.

Security

Data is stored and processed using industry-standard security practices. Access is team-scoped and role-based. For details on roles and team isolation, see Team settings.
