The Overview page is BoundBot’s Commerce OS. It combines orders, products, workflows, channels, conversations, and leads into one operating view.

Check commerce readiness

The top panel shows whether your automated sales engine is ready. The readiness score is built from three signals:
  • at least one active customer channel
  • at least one active workflow
  • at least one product in the catalog
The panel also shows workflows running, orders still in motion, and products at or below the low-stock threshold. Use Build automation or Open live inbox when a missing signal needs action.

Choose a performance window

Use Performance window to select Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, or Month to date. Retention and date controls follow your plan:
  • Free: 7 days
  • Starter: 30 days
  • Pro: 90 days and custom date ranges
  • Business: unlimited retention, custom date ranges, and CSV export
Unavailable windows show the plan required to unlock them. Custom dates cannot extend into the future.

Read the commerce metrics

The main cards summarize:
  • Captured revenue from non-cancelled orders in the dashboard’s primary currency
  • Orders created in the selected window, including how many remain pending or confirmed
  • Average order across orders with an amount in the primary currency
  • Lead → order conversion based on new leads and non-cancelled orders
The revenue-and-order chart plots both values across the selected window. BoundBot chooses a primary currency from the available order data and does not add a different currency into that revenue total.

Follow the automation pipeline

The Automation pipeline shows the current funnel in four steps:
  1. conversations opened
  2. outbound replies sent
  3. leads captured
  4. orders created
The Always-on workflows panel lists recent workflows, whether each is active, its trigger, and its execution count. Open a workflow from the list when you need to inspect or change it.

Work the attention queue

Needs your attention combines operational exceptions that should not be ignored:
  • customer conversations idle for more than 24 hours
  • pending or confirmed orders
  • products with five or fewer units in stock
  • disconnected or errored channels
Each item links to the relevant dashboard area. If the queue is empty, Commerce OS shows that there are no stalled conversations, stock risks, channel errors, or in-progress orders requiring action.

Review orders and product performance

Recent orders shows the customer, order ID, product, status, amount, and relative creation time for the newest records. What is selling ranks products by captured revenue and units ordered. Use the quick links at the bottom to add products, build a sales workflow, connect a channel, or open Inbox.
